tri on my mind

First, I would like to take a moment to thank all of you who offered advice concerning my swim time situation. Second, I would like to ESPECIALLY thank those of you who LAUGHED at me. Thanks. Thanks a lot. Stinkers. I guess you helped me realize the funny side of it… maybe? ;)
Anywhooo…. we got the problem resolved. Greg from setupevents.com was happy to change my time and right after he emailed me and told me he changed it for me, I wrote him back and asked him to change my sister’s, too. Haha. I’m sure he thinks I’m a weirdo. Then he said “See you Saturday!” And I said “Sorry, I will not be introducing myself.”

Goodness gracious. But! I feel SO MUCH BETTER now! And… we are ready to roll! We’re gonna have a great time… I’m taking off tomorrow (Friday) morning and will meet my mom/sister at the hotel we are staying at. Then my sister and I are off to packet pick up and to meet Sarah to ride the bike course for a Friday workout. Although I think I may just ride half of it… haven’t decided yet. I have a history of some serious backside soreness anytime I get on the bike… so I don’t need to make it any worse for Saturday. After the ride, we will be eating dinner and pumping ourselves up for Saturday! Yiipeeeeeeeee!

Okay I’ll stop posting about the triathlon now. I know, it’s getting old. I’m just getting SO EXCITED! I didn’t do anything at work yesterday but have the triathlon on my mind. (oops.)
