Another run w/ Megan

We are getting better! During this run I got the pain in my stomach again. But… I did eat a heavy lunch so I am blaming it on that. Anyway, we walked about 1/4 mi right in the middle of the route again because I was hurting. But then when we were within an eye’s view of her house I asked if she wanted to add another loop. So we ran an extra 1/3 mi (I think).

But! It was cool because as we were approaching her house, I honestly felt like I didn’t really get that great of a workout. How crazy is that! 2.5 mi’s with a 1/4 mi walk in the middle and I felt like my body needed MORE.

And our time was pretty incredible for the additional loop and for walking. I can’t wait to do the whole thing without having to stop and walk so we can see what our time really is!

Also this morning I drove through my neighborhood and mapped out a 2 mile (rolling!) course for myself. I would love to start running 2 mi’s on a daily basis. That would be awesome. It would be so great for my body and my mood!

Dana canceled again this morning. I have got to get back in the water. Tommy has the day off so I am thinking about talking him into swimming with me again. We’ll see. :)
