I so love having that title for a post. And the fact that I can honestly use the title over and over again! Love it.

I’m ridiculous.

This morning I ran with my newlywed friend, Megan. She is not a big-time athlete but she does like to run to keep in shape. She is finally married and back from the honeymoon and settled into a routine so she called me last night and we made plans to run this morning! (I still haven’t heard from Krista… I wonder if she is still out of town and I forgot about it?)

Anyway — I met up with her in her neighborhood and she showed me the ropes. She said she thought the run was “about 1.5 mi’s, maybe 2.” So we finished it and I drove the lap… and it was 2.4 mi’s!! Yipppeee! We even sprinted the last 1/10 mi!

I am totally getting addicted to exercise and I’m LOVING every second of it.

Digg! this story! Digg! this story.

That’s the kind of title I like! I have one about my longest bike ride in 10 years…I can reuse it until I get to my longest ever…then swtich to longest ever and keep using it!! :)

[...] I ran with my friend Megan tonight. She needs a running buddy, but like I said before, she’s not really training for anything in particular. She just runs to stay in shape. [...]

me and my man

Welcome to my fitness blog! Actually, it's more of a blog chronicling my on-again/off-again exercise habits. After being MIA around here for a year, I am back again to blog about my health/nutrition. And hopefully I'll have some exercise to discuss while I'm at it. :)
