This morning I swam with Dana. It wasn’t as much swimming as last week, but it was nice. We swam for a little bit and then we tread water for about 10 minutes. After that we did a cool down swim and hopped out of the water. She showered and left and I decided to hop on a treadmill for a bit. I only ran 1/2 mile, but I ran it at (what I consider) a good pace. After that I lifted for about 10 minutes.
Overall it was nice — I my face is still hot as I sit here and type away at work.
I started reading a triathlon training book this weekend. It got me all pumped up and excited all over again! In fact… so much so… that I googled some Olympic Triathlon races for late next summer. I figure if I can go from nothing to a sprint triathlon… perhaps I can reach an Olympic Triathlon goal by the end of the summer…!
We’ll see…. we’ll see!
