I hadn’t exercised in over a week before today’s yoga class. I think I hurt my lower back. I couldn’t take deep breaths for the rest of the class. I can now… but it might hurt if I try to do that whole relax-my-entire-body thing again. Ah.
I lost 2lbs. Hah.
I am starting weight watchers tomorrow.
The wedding date keeps having to be changed and it may very well end up being the day before my triathlon. It’s going to take everything in me to not let myself quit because “I have too much to do” or “I can’t make time for the training.”
I got “You: The Owner’s Manual” from the library today. Now to find the time to read it…
That’s all I’ve got for right now.

Ohh, tell me how the book is! I think that’s by Dr. Oz right? I read, well skimmed, You On a Diet and liked it.
Anyway, if you need any help with wedding suggestions, I’m a pro! LOL
I’m sure as the happy bride you didn’t envision doing a triathlon on the first day of your honeymoon… but I think it would be so cool if you did actually do a triathlon the day after your wedding… You should convince your man to join you and then the two of you could run across the finish line together as the first thing you’ve done as a married couple.
It certainly would be one way to cement your commitment to each other for a long and healthy life together.
Anyway… don’t beat yourself up about having a down week in exercise… just remember to get out there and have fun, and take your exercise time as a great time to unwind and get your mind off your busy schedule!
