it’s quiet ’round here

No work outs. Nothing. I’m down. I am gaining weight and I can’t stop EATING.

No excuses. I found a running/workout buddy. We start on Monday! She’s not a runner, really… which puts her at about the same level as me. It’s good timing, too, considering the temperature change. She likes to workout inside so I guess now is the time to start that.

I am headed to another VT game this weekend… and I’m helping to throw a bridal shower. Should be a ton of fun!

Seems to be going around. I know some other people who have slacked off the ‘eating right’ regime. Get back on that horse and ride it!
