sleepy head…
I’m really tired. Unmotivated… exhausted. I was like this yesterday, too. And Monday while at work, also.
Yesterday I went home at 5pm and took an hour long nap. That’s not totally unusual of me, I am a big napper. But I just wonder where all of my energy is? Isn’t working out supposed to give you more energy? Am I not working out consistently enough?
I don’t know… but it’s pretty annoying. I had eggs and sausage for breakfast at about 10:30am. That was a while ago, so if they were going to make me tired then I belieive their time is up.
It’s frustrating.
I got a Nutrition book this morning from the athletic department. I’m looking forward to learning more about nourishing my body and giving it what it needs so that I can use it to it’s full potential!

Hey Liz,
I ‘ll recommend a couple of books for you:
Eat Right To Train Right, by Chris Carmichael http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-url/index=stripbooks&field-keywords=eat%20right%20to%20train%20right&results-process=default&dispatch=search/ref=pd_sl_aw_tops-1_stripbooks_7426507_2&results-process=default
Sports Nutrition Guidebook, by Nancy Clark http://lisasabin.sweat365.com/2007/08/18/how-many-calories-do-i-need/
Both of these books will give you great info about eating right.
I feel like I’m going through something very similar. Let me know what you find out. I’d love to know if there’s a better way I should be eating. My friend says it’s the change in the season, but to be honest I shouldn’t be this tired.
