Whew, lots of entries today. I just wanted to post one more and ask those of you who are experts out there (read: All of Sweat365) to please check out my new training plan. I think I can do it… but I just want someone to tell me (if necessary) that it might be too much too fast. If it’s not, then, GOOD! I wanna reach my goal! ![]()

I’m no expert, but it looks good to me. Since you got it from a good running site, I’d say they are on track. I use runnersworld.com for their smart coach and it got me to run my first half marathon. I tend to lean towards that one, but this looks good too!
Oh! I forgot to remove the credit link, the original plan was from coolrunning.com, but this one I made up for myself.
I think it looks great. I think you’ll enjoy it. You know what you’re capable of, and that’ll push you through
