Yogaaa

Yoga for Young Bodies again — only this time I put it under Flexibility because I think it’s pretty much half and half… (flex/strength).

I did it with a friend and she refused to hold her little fingers correctly or hum or anything… something about the spiritual side of yoga. I told her if she didn’t want it to mean anything, it didn’t have to. :)

But it was fun! We giggled a few times, it’s always interesting to do it with someone else in the room.
