busy life

I have been so busy. Every weeknight I’ve got something going on… and exercise keeps getting shoved aside. I feel like I haven’t exercised at ALL this week… but I did run one day and bike another. Still, it feels like nothing. I woke up with a headache yesterday morning. And then this morning I intended to wake up in time to run… but I didn’t crawl into bed until after midnight last night because of things that needed to get done before the weekend began. I let myself sleep in this morning so I wouldn’t have another totally worn-out weekend like last weekend!

I will at least get one more run in just so I can keep up with my goal to exercise 3x a week. I am going to my parent’s late tonight and they live in a much flatter part of VA, so at least I have a flat run to look forward to tomorrow. :)

It’s Friday and my immediate supervisor has the day off… soooo… I am blogging. Hah!

  1. I hope things slow down and you have a good weekend! I feel really worn out this week too. It’s nice how your mindset changes - you feel like you haven’t exercised at all, but you have - especially compared to before you started your routine. COOL
